In this free World Commerce and Contracting member's meeting, we focused on operational improvement. This event showcased one of the winners of the 2021 WorldCC Innovation Awards and was presented by esteemed speakers, Gene Turner and Phil Hebden. Additionally, we had Ineke Brockie discuss the topic of social procurement. We also featured an overview of the procurement excellence forum, an update on the benefits of WorldCC's membership and the events to look out for and sign up to in 2023.
