Learning
Your learning registration allows you to access WorldCC web-based Learning Portal for a limited period as set out below:
- 12 months for Commercial & Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and Fundamentals of Commercial & Contract Management
- 6 months for Commercial Awareness, Managing Contracts Virtually, and Business Ethics
- 3 months for Negotiation Master Class
If you do not complete your program within this period, you will no longer have access to the program or learning materials, and will not be entitled to a refund. If you wish to continue your program once it has expired, an additional fee is payable. Please contact learning@worldcc.com
- Additional extension fee is payable with valid membership
- Certification is only available with valid membership
If you are already certified by WorldCC and are applying for progressing to the next certification level, please note that we will be unable to accept your application unless at least one year has passed since your date of certification.
However, we do allow learners to move onto the next certification level if they qualified for a higher level but opted to complete the lower level first. Please contact learning@worldcc.com
Membership
Within the first 30 days of joining, you are free to terminate your membership and receive a full refund of your joining fee. Please contact membership@worldcc.com
Events
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. If you are unable to attend a WorldCC event, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations made within 14 days of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the event is more than 30 days away.
- After the 14-day window, or if the event is less than 30 days away, no refund will be issued.
- If you are no longer able to attend, we welcome substitutions at any time (see below).
- If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us at events@worldcc.com.
Substitution Policy
You may transfer your ticket to another individual before the event begins. Please email events@worldcc.com with the name and details of the substitute.
Speaker or Topic Change
While speakers and topics are confirmed in advance, circumstances may require changes. WorldCC reserves the right to modify speakers or content without liability. Any changes will be reflected on our event website and event App as soon as possible.
Event Date or Location Change
If WorldCC changes the event date or location, and you can no longer attend as a result, or if the event is cancelled altogether, you may request a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
Limitation of Liability
WorldCC is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. WorldCC shall assume no liability whatsoever if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other circumstance that renders performance of the event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather, pandemic or another emergency. WorldCC shall assume no liability whatsoever for any cancellation or disruption to an event, due to any unforeseen technical issues that may occur.

Covid-19 Guidance
We continue to monitor health and safety guidance and will inform participants of any applicable protocols closer to the event date.
Travel & Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements. We recommend flexible booking options. WorldCC is not liable for any travel-related costs that may be incurred in case of cancellation.
Photography
Event photography is standard and may be used in WorldCC communications. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform events@worldcc.com prior to the event or contact a member of the on-site team during the event.
Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. WorldCC is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
List of Participants
Participant details (including name, job title, organization, and country) may be shared with other event attendees. If you wish to opt out, please email events@worldcc.com before the event.
Third-Party Events:
WorldCC may serve as a media or promotional partner for events hosted by external providers. This partnership does not imply endorsement of the event, the host organization, or any related products or services. WorldCC accepts no responsibility or liability for third-party events, including their content or attendees. You should review the cancellation and event policies provided by the external event organizer.
Other
- Orders for WorldCC services that utilize WorldCC resources and/or personnel time will be charged on an individual project by project basis. Cancellations are not usually accepted once the project has started but in exceptional circumstances, a cancellation can be made, and WorldCC will charge a pro-rata rate for work already completed.
- Third Party Events: WorldCC will act as a media or promotional partner for other event providers. This does not constitute an endorsement of that event or company or its products. Nor does it transfer any liability to WorldCC for the event, its content or attendees. You should check the provider’s Cancellation and Event policies with the vendor.
