Contractual gain-share

Organisations are increasingly using gain-share contracts to split the proceeds of successful business. Martin Bell explains how, done well, it can incentivise future co-operation. Contractual gain-share schemes incentivise Facility Management suppliers to drive change on outsourced services, and reward them, based on the level of savings received by the client.
