Contract Management KPIs: Ammunition for Optimization

Whether you manage your organization's contracts using Excel spreadsheets, shared folder solutions such as SharePoint, email, paper, or a professional contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution, some sort of process is being followed to manage your contracts.
