Build trust and collaboration with your partners through the power of relational contracting.
The Challenge
Traditional contracting often focuses on risk mitigation and blame allocation, leading to adversarial relationships and hindering project success.
The Solution
Relational contracting prioritizes collaboration and shared goals. Our workshops equip you with the tools and strategies to implement the Nine Principles of Relational Contracting, a model endorsed by leading economists.
Contact our team today to discuss how relational contracting workshops can benefit your organization.
Enhanced Collaboration: Reset or establish collaborative approaches, especially in strategic or underperforming projects.
Alignment of Goals: Help parties align on desired outcomes for more effective negotiation and project execution.
Improved Project Outcomes: By viewing the project as a joint enterprise, the workshop shifts perspectives from individuals.
Internal Training: A one-day workshop to establish a foundation in relational contracting for your team. If your organization has completed the Modern Contracting program, you may have identified a need for stronger collaboration with key suppliers, our relation contracting workshops are the ideal components to address this.
Partner Workshops: 1.5-2 day workshops designed around a specific project or program, fostering collaboration with your chosen partners.
Virtual or In-Person: We offer both virtual and in-person workshops to suit your needs. Virtual workshops are delivered in shorter modules for maximum engagement.

If you want to know how to negotiate virtually during the COVID-19 lock-down and get a better outcome, this is a “must-listen-to” recording. Tips like reading and interpreting the other parties' signals (choice of wording in emails, their body language during virtual calls, etc.) are very helpful. This message is definitely going into my bookmark collection.
A very good set of presentations. It was easy to listen to without being patronizing in anyway.
As a member of World Commerce & Contracting (formerly IACCM), I am very proud to say this that WorldCC has always been at the forefront of equipping fellow Contract and Commercial Management professionals with the latest tools, technologies, and skill sets in our field of work. This course is another sterling example of such continued efforts. While the COVID 19 pandemic is altering numerous aspects of our lives, the way we nurture our business relationships has changed drastically, perhaps forever. It's a measure of excellence on the part of WorldCC in responding to these changes, to have introduced this course, which, as has been already mentioned by one of the participants, is truly the 'need of the hour'.
