As a certified Commercial & Contract Management Advanced Practitioner through WCC, she demonstrated remarkable leadership within CM organization and implemented comprehensive processes for solution projects across all business within Schneider and spearheaded the integration of the CM function for the acquired businesses focusing on cultural integration of people and capability development within CM community through coaching. Her core competencies span complex contract management, claims and commercial management, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, opportunity assessment, customer negotiations and dispute resolution. As a leader of vast geography currently, leading a specialized team of subject matter experts to drive innovative solutions through efficient contract management practices and compliances to enhance profitable project outcomes across the organization. Led and supported numerous international M&A activities, and set up joint venture entities across APAC & ME.

She had a humble beginning in a family that took to a government job that transferred her to several parts of India in quick succession while growing up and grew up against several cultural influences across India. Working at Siemens India after graduation as a programmer she was inspired at watching a large campus being built right in front of her eyes everyday - one of the largest in India that she used to watch every day - that inspired her to apply and even get a job when the thought occurred - can we even build one like that rather than joining it.

As a lonely little girl with little business connections and experience, with only a wish in retrospect looked foolish to aim that high. But as the saying goes and the one that she believes - unless you jump into the water you can’t learn swimming - she took a bold move to start a little boutique software development company in 2001 in a garage. With three college graduates who were willing to work for a partly sum she set foot to find out her first business when lady luck came in the form of a $350 order which laid the foundation of outsourced product development service.

Her reputation and honest business relationships made her work with several entrepreneurs and enterprises while business came by word of mouth and she started acting as a sales woman during the day and the software architect during the night. Chimera - The company she started - started to add few large enterprise in their clientele. As business grew she set foot outside of India and the outsourcing wave took her along to various countries. She started to foray into products and developed eTrainer - a version of the online tutoring software that was much ahead of its time. Today Chimera stands tall with subsidiaries in United States and Singapore with its long standing customer relationships.
