As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.

Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Sachin is a commerce and law graduate from the University of Delhi with 24 years of corporate experience. He has compliance, legal and contract management experience in pre-sales and post-sales. He is based out of New Delhi, India. He began his career as a Legal and Compliance Manager at Genpact in 2001 where he worked for 6 years in legal and compliance domain for a large insurance client. After Genpact, he spent time at Thomson Reuters Pangea 3 LPO domain at Mumbai in 2007.He Joined Accenture in Mumbai in late 2007 and worked in Contract Management practice throughout his span. Sachin then took international contract management assignments in London for a music company and a large bank in South Korea. He established Contract Management team for Accenture India Market Unit serving across all industry client groups. Sachin is currently Lead India Market Unit and part of Growth Markets Contract Management Leadership group within Accenture comprising leads form ANZ, Japan, China, ASEAN, India. Runs the Communication and Training Practices for our function at Growth Markets level. He has attended WorldCC conferences in Singapore, Bengaluru and has served as Internal Complaints Committee member of Accenture India.

Ajay Agrawal is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Sirion. Ajay has been a securities lawyer and a product visionary in the strategic legal technology space for more than 20 years. Ajay founded and led UnitedLex Corporation in 2006 – a global leader in the legal process outsourcing and strategic legal technology space. Ajay also serves as an entrepreneur-in-residence at CodeX, the Center for Legal Informatics at Stanford University. He has received an LL.M. from Columbia University and holds an LL.B. from Trinity College, Cambridge and a B.A. in Semiotics from Brown University. 

Ananya Premnath is the Head of Student Connect at World Commerce and Contracting, with 9 years of experience in strategy, entrepreneurship, and international relations. She has always been passionate about building things from the ground up, having previously run her own business, Open Frame, and now leading her NGO, Brahma. With a strong background in strategy and engagement, she loves bringing people together and creating opportunities for growth. Her work has been recognised with two national awards at a young age, and she continues to drive impact through her projects and initiatives.

Elizabeth A. Vazquez is the CEO and Co-Founder of WEConnect International, a global network that educates and connects women-owned businesses to qualified buyers around the world. She is a world leader in women’s economic empowerment and global supplier diversity and inclusion. WEConnect International identifies, educates, registers, and certifies women's business enterprises that are at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by one or more women, and then connects them with member buyers with over US$3 trillion in annual purchasing power. Ms. Vazquez is the co-author of the book, “Buying for Impact: How to Buy from Women and Change Our World.”

As the Group Regional Head of APAC at WorldCC, Sharon spearheads the association's activities throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Her commitment extends to supporting the WorldCC Foundation, where she actively champions sustainable and inclusive contracting practices.

With over two decades of executive experience in Australia and internationally, particularly in the non-profit membership space, Sharon has played a pivotal role in advancing global procurement and supply chain expertise, while ensuring diversity and inclusion are top of mind. Whether as the Director of Global Programs at Procurious or as General Manager for the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, Sharon has consistently aimed to elevate the capabilities and profile of the procurement and supply chain profession across the region.

Manish is a Contract Lifecycle management and Digital Contracting Services Leader for Deloitte, South Asia. He has been primarily responsible for strengthening contracting digital solutions for Deloitte cilents across sectors, managing client relations. Manish has over 20 years of post-qualifications experience as a professional Risk Assurance consultant across India and International markets. He has experience of leading large Digital Contracts Management engagements in GCC's, Automotive, Engineering, Metals and Mining, Foods & Beverages, Manufacturring and Pharmaceuticals sector. Manish has experience of leading several global engagements spread across multiple geographies and has spent close to decade in over a dozen countries across all continents. Before joining Deloitte, Manish worked with another Big 4 firm for over a decade and led Commercial Contracts Compliance and Revenue Assurance services.
