Chris has over 20 years’ experience in contract management working for BT managing major contracts with multi-national clients. He currently leads the contract management team for the Global Manufacturing sector within BT. He has extensive international experience working with clients and suppliers around the world to deliver BT’s cloud, networking, security, and collaboration services. He has a passion for partnership, collaboration, and relationship management in order to deliver effective contract outcomes.

Fayola-Maria Jack is a name synonymous with commercial dispute resolution. Having served as Head of Legal for household brands such as ManpowerGroup and Enterprise Rent-a-Car, she joined the UK Cabinet Office where she led EU Exit commercial assurance for BEIS and DEFRA. Fayola went on to establish the first Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice within the UK Cabinet Office, to support all UK central government departments with the resolution of complex supplier disputes. Fayola then led the commercial transformation for the UK Royal Air Force, before joining Lloyds Banking Group to build and embed a Disputes Centre of Excellence for their Commercial Banking Division. Fayola now leads Jack & Ko ®, who provide an end-to-end operating system that enables customers and suppliers to resolve disputes at pace - in days - whilst significantly reducing costs and operational disruption. Fayola has won several awards for her contributions to this space, and has over a decade of rich experience in diverse sectors including aerospace, defence, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, technology and utilities.

Zuzanna Briant is Director, Practice Lead CCM at World Commerce and Contracting.

In her role, she acts as an ambassador and advocate of efficient and effective contracting through achieving high-performing and trusted relationships.

Zuzanna joined WorldCC from Virgin Media with extensive experience in procurement, where she led teams specialising in commercial and all aspects of contract management. Her innovative approach and ability to think outside the box led to successful implementation of business changes yielding multi-million cost savings and revenue enhancements. Her prior career included experience in the financial services and aviation sectors: she has a Masters degree in Finance.
