Only 16% of respondents believe that today’s negotiations focus on the right topics and only 39% we spend our time negotiating the wrong things and a large proportion don’t believe that contracts support successful business outcomes. Our approach to contracts and the contracting process requires urgent review – we will dive into our research findings and actions that need to be taken.
