Tim Cummins

Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit.
As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.
Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.
Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Sally Guyer
Sally supports the World Commerce and Contracting global team in the pursuit of both the recognition of and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management. She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.
After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Kingsley Martin
Kingsley has been at the forefront of technology innovation in the legal practice. He has 30 years of experience in the practice of law, software design and development, strategy and management. In 2012, Kingsley was recognized by the ABA as a Legal Rebel. In 2013, he was honored as one of the Fastcase 50; an Innovator by Law Technology News; and a national Law Journal Trailblazer and Pioneer.
Kingsley developed some of the first document assembly systems. He taught himself the C computer language and automated his tax practice. Later, Kingsley was one of the leading innovators in developing the theory and practice of knowledge management. He wrote the Knowledge Management Workbook.
Next, Kingsley pioneered the new discipline called contract analysis. He is a founder of KMStandards and has developed software capable of automatically analyzing legal agreements and creating contract standards. Using this software, Kingsley has developed the free web resource ContractStandards.com providing model contracts, checklists, and clauses, together with other contract resources. Kingsley is also a founder of Akorda.com a startup applying AI to contract review.
Kingsley holds law degrees from Oxford University (First Class Honours) and Harvard Law School.

Natalia leads the Future Law Portfolio at the Australasian Society for Computers and Law, a multidisciplinary, intergenerational think tank aiming to co-design the future of technology, law, and society. Daniel Lewis is a recognized leader in advancing legal technology, with 10+ years at the industry’s cutting edge. He is the US CEO of LegalOn Technologies, a global AI contract review technology leader. Previously, as co-founder and CEO of Ravel Law, Daniel helped pioneer the use of data analytics and visualization to transform legal research. After LexisNexis acquired Ravel Law, Daniel oversaw several of LexisNexis's business units, including as the VP of practical guidance and analytical content.
