As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.

Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Sally supports the World Commerce and Contracting global team in the pursuit of both the recognition of and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management. She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.

After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Whether in contract development, negotiation, training or general communications,

Sally has built a reputation for service excellence and responsiveness. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.

Kingsley has been at the forefront of technology innovation in the legal practice. He has 30 years of experience in the practice of law, software design and development, strategy and management. In 2012, Kingsley was recognized by the ABA as a Legal Rebel. In 2013, he was honored as one of the Fastcase 50; an Innovator by Law Technology News; and a national Law Journal Trailblazer and Pioneer.

Kingsley developed some of the first document assembly systems. He taught himself the C computer language and automated his tax practice. Later, Kingsley was one of the leading innovators in developing the theory and practice of knowledge management. He wrote the Knowledge Management Workbook.

Next, Kingsley pioneered the new discipline called contract analysis. He is a founder of KMStandards and has developed software capable of automatically analyzing legal agreements and creating contract standards. Using this software, Kingsley has developed the free web resource ContractStandards.com providing model contracts, checklists, and clauses, together with other contract resources. Kingsley is also a founder of Akorda.com a startup applying AI to contract review.

Kingsley holds law degrees from Oxford University (First Class Honours) and Harvard Law School.

Fraser leads the digital transformation agenda within the managed supply chain across Upstream, Downstream, Integrated Gas, Projects and Technology in Shell. His team of 120 staff is accountable for digital transformation of the supply chain, technology, process design, AI, big data and digital.
Fraser has also been the driving force behind the development and implementation of a new operating model, known as Project Optimus

Throughout my career, I've spearheaded complex negotiations across diverse industries including telematics, automotive, construction, and information management. Collaborating with stakeholders from various backgrounds and geographies, I've navigated intricate landscapes to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.  My background combines legal and business.  I currently work as Senior Business Affairs Manager, based in Toronto region.

I am passionate about leveraging my skills in contract negotiation and communication, coupled with multicultural awareness and business acumen, to secure optimal results.

Having served as President and Board Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) in Brazil, and as a Council Member in Canada, I have a proven track record of organizational leadership and community engagement. During my tenure at ACC, I've actively contributed to fostering connections and facilitating knowledge exchange among members, organizing impactful events and conferences to enhance skill development and networking opportunities.

Natalia Crnomarkovic is an award-winning digital transformation executive leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic innovation, digital transformation, contract intelligence, legal informatics, and as a senior lawyer specializing in IP and technology transactions. Natalia leads the Future Law Portfolio at the Australasian Society for Computers and Law, a multidisciplinary, intergenerational think tank aiming to co-design the future of technology, law, and society. In this role, Natalia collaborates with C-suite executives, regulators, academics, lawyers, GRC, and technology professionals to develop thought leadership with global reach on topics such as the responsible use of GenAI in the Law, Rules as Code, Regulatory Digital Twins, and next-generation contracting (also known as Smart Legal Contracts). In previous roles, Natalia led the Ernst & Young APAC Law Innovation Hub and Oceania Law Technology team and as Distinguished Fellow with the Centre for Legal Innovation provided thought leadership on Digital Contracting for NetZero.

Michael Gormley Jr. has been with the CobbleStone Software team since January of 2018. Michael progressed through his career at CobbleStone becoming a Senior Account Manager and then CobbleStone Sales Manager. During Michael’s time with CobbleStone, he has assisted many clients in the evaluation and onboarding process to present the numerous benefits of CobbleStone’s CLM software, provided advanced support with client contract administration requirements, assisted with a frictionless implementation process, and supported post execution activities to ensure a positive client ROI.

Daniel Lewis is a recognized leader in advancing legal technology, with 10+ years at the industry’s cutting edge. He is the US CEO of LegalOn Technologies, a global AI contract review technology leader. Previously, as co-founder and CEO of Ravel Law, Daniel helped pioneer the use of data analytics and visualization to transform legal research. After LexisNexis acquired Ravel Law, Daniel oversaw several of LexisNexis's business units, including as the VP of practical guidance and analytical content.

Daniel is a graduate of Stanford University Law School. Daniel was a visiting Professor at IE Law School and a Fellow at CodeX, the Stanford Center for Legal Informatics.
 

Paul Culvenor is a mining engineer who has spent his career in commercial leadership roles with Australia's leading mining contractors. He Co-Founded Hevi in 2022 to build the Contract Administration platform to stop the issues that were constantly happening on sites.

Joana is a deal expert at Deutsche Bank's Office for Negotiation with extensive international experience. She has conducted trainings on negotiation, gender and culture in negotiations, conflict management, and emotional intelligence. Through her work with Rational Games Inc, she has taught at esteemed organisations like the German Foreign Ministry, BBC, University of Zurich and the United Nations. She has also trained for Ernst & Young.

Joana holds advanced mediation and negotiation certifications from Harvard's Program on Negotiations, an MBA from Reykjavik University, a Master's in Humanitarian Action and Conflict from Uppsala University, and a diploma in Protocol and Diplomacy from the International School of Diplomacy in Brussels. She also specialises in Humanitarian Negotiations from the Clingendael Institute and is a PhD candidate in Negotiations and AI at Twente University.
