She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.

After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. As the Interim Chief Procurement Officer, I lead the Procurement Plus function strategic direction for indirect category management, sourcing, and renewals for $10B of addressable spend. This includes supplier relationship management, supplier sustainability and diversity, third part risk management, across all categories including, but not limited to external talent, real estate, workplace, IT, and enterprise travel spend. I directly manage a team of senior reports that support this global offering while managing the service delivery of day-to-day operations by an extensive Business Process Outsourcing based team. Accenture’s Procurement Plus organization strives to operate as an industry benchmark/showcase for how procurement can drive value, provide automated guidance on buying, and support Accenture’s strategic profitability, sustainability, and inclusion & diversity priorities. We do this by using digitized processes to generate data and intelligence that change how the business engage in the buying process. This will deliver improved user experiences for the business, our suppliers, ecosystem, and the Procurement community.

Leslie Harper has over 20 years of experience as an international development professional working on Latin America and the Caribbean and is an expert in public procurement reform and modernization. She is the Gender and Diversity Focal Point for the Fiscal Management Division where she is responsible for portfolio monitoring and mainstreaming of gender and diversity in fiscal projects. She has supported multiple countries in the Latin America region in the development of women in public procurement programs.

She has been the lead on high profile events and knowledge products to promote cutting edge trends in the topic. Ms. Harper is the author of multiple publications and has participated as a speaker in numerous events in the US and overseas. She has an undergraduate degree from the Elliot School of International Relations at the George Washington University, a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of London and was an awarded an Executive Certificate in Public Financial Management from John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Es la Coordinadora de Género y Diversidad de la División de Gestión Fiscal, donde es responsable del monitoreo de la cartera y la incorporación del género y la diversidad en los proyectos fiscales.
