Over the last two decades I’ve lived in seven countries around the globe helping organisations to strategise and curate shared learning experiences through events and multi-media campaigns. Relationship building and bringing people together is my passion, and I’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with a cross-section of industries from Financial Services to Energy, Transportation, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare. Today I live in Israel with two wild and wonderful daughters, two dysfunctional cats and a very supportive husband; human trafficking and neurodiversity are subjects close to my heart, and yoga is a central part of my everyday life. I find myself truly privileged to be part of the WorldCC, the Foundation, and a community of professionals that have the power to create change around issues of modern slavery, human rights, social justice, climate justice as well as diversity, equality, and inclusion. In my role as Chief Development Officer, I act as an ambassador for sustainable and inclusive contracting, driving global projects that can create social and economic benefit through the contracting process.

Abigail Agyei is an award winning dynamic and experienced policy and strategy advisor. With over eight years’ experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and community groups, leading community projects with vast experience supporting voluntary and under-served groups.

Abigail is the winner of last year’s Civil Service Rising Star Award for her dedication to public service making significant impact to communities and being instrumental in leading on race in the Civil Service and enabling uncomfortable conversations with senior leaders and amplify the voices of people of colour in the department in order to create inclusive, safe and accountable culture. She is incredibly passionate about intersectional identities and how their lived experiences are shaped in the world. Abigail was named as one of this year's 'Top 50 Influential Neurodivergent Women' and has been awarded MBE by Her Majesty The Queen in this year’s 2022 New Year British Honours for Public and Community Services.

Abigail recently spoke at the Disability Inclusion in the Workplace Digital Conference at Westminster Insight on Supporting Neurodiverse Colleagues and recently did a Tedx at University of Essex on ADHD in Black Women.

Abigail is currently working in the Start for Life Unit at the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) as the Workforce Capability Lead working across Government and with the wider sector to implement the actions set out in the review to support families during the 1,001 critical days?from conception to age two.

Abigail is open to speaking, writing and research opportunities on the following topics: Leading and having impact at any level, early careers, diversity & inclusion, intersectionality, black women and neurodiversity, discovering your authentic self, connecting to your mission and fostering and developing staff networks.

Natasha has extensive experience within multiple industries, where she has gained operational and generalist HR experience, over the last 5 years she has specialised in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. An experienced speaker, facilitator and training professional, she uses her lived experience (Endometriosis, ADHD and Mental Health) to help business leaders develop their own inclusive behaviours. She is currently leading inclusion & diversity globally at Rolls-Royce. Rolls-Royce develops and delivers complex power and propulsion solutions for safety-critical applications in the air, at sea and on land.

Natasha is co-founder and co-host of ‘D&I Spy: Inclusion Uncovered’ a weekly podcast, taking inclusion back to basics, tackling often unspoken topics with a number of high-profile guests from the entertainment, sport and business worlds.

Natasha is experienced working with people and talent teams to establish more inclusive recruitment practices, and attracting diverse talent, which earned her a coveted spot on the Global Diversity List 2020.

Natasha lives in London, with her husband Shakey. She loves reading and learning, often travelling to feed her curiosity.

Daniel Ferguson is BT's Security Architecture Director. He's also diagnosed as autistic, and has a neurodivergent family, with a 12 year old diagnosed as autistic and with ADHD, and a non-verbal 6 year old also diagnosed as autistic. He is passionate about inclusion, and creating safe environments where every individual can be the best version of themselves, meet their potential, and thrive.
