Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit.

As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.

Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Rebecca is a Managing Director within Deloitte Tax LLP’s - Legal Business Services where she leads CLM Legal Managed Services and functional consulting. She brings over 20 years of experience in legal management and technology consulting, and has been focused for nearly 10 years on enterprise CLM transformation and enablement. She has extensive experience helping clients to intersect CLM across adjacent business functions to achieve objectives such as faster time to contract, reduced contract value leakage, greater risk mitigation and improved visibility.

Peggy is a partner in the Contracts Transformation Consulting team of Deloitte Legal UK, based in London.

She is a qualified lawyer and brings over 25 years of industry experience as in-house chief legal counsel and commercial contract management expert of international outsourcing and service management ecosystems.

Peggy has built, managed and transformed globally focussed, multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional legal and contracting teams.

She has an exceptional track record of delivering sustainable RoI through large-scale people, process and technology transformation along the contract lifecycle at BT, Capita and Visa Europe.

She specialises in advising C-suite stakeholders on the value of bridging the legal and commercial divide and how to deliver business outcomes through legal and commercial operations transformation, people & process redesign and tech enablement.
