She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.

After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Kristie Hamilton, Global Director GM Global Business Solutions. Kristie joined General Motors in 2001 and has worked in a variety of departments, including Manufacturing Engineering, Global Engineering, Purchasing, and currently Global Business Solutions. She is the Global Director overseeing Corporate Services purchasing, Purchasing as a Service, Supply Operations, Material Management, Manufacturing Services, and Transformation & Business Development Organizations within the Global Purchasing and Manufacturing Services Group. These functions service all GM organizations globally and are performed in Seventeen languages and multiple systems. The skills learned and development in engineering, Manufacturing and Global Purchasing allow for creative out of the box problem solving and solutions with a global view. The goal is not just faster and cheaper, but also a better user experience, improved supplier relationships, relevant metrics, data transparency and understanding the why. All with a foundational focus on transformation. As a Global Leader, she encourages strategic thinking, resulting in innovation and action. Kristie is an agile leader, who is creative as well as collaborative, allowing her to adapt to the rapidly changing automotive industry.

Prior to working in GBS, Kristie worked as a manufacturing engineer in designing and overseeing the build, installation and debugging of new equipment for the manufacturing and assembly of components, as well as product movement equipment.? Kristie also has experience in Indirect, Machinery, and Equipment at General Motors, working on projects that brought better value to GM manufacturing.

Victoria is the Commercial & Category Director for the UK Health Security Agency within the Government Commercial Function. Where she leads the Category, Contract Delivery and Business Development functions with a key focus on capability development, commercial innovation and social value.

Victoria has over 20 years’ experience in the Defence & Security sector, leading corporate procurement, commercial and finance functions within FTSE100/250 organisations including BAE Systems, QinetiQ, Airbus, Unilever and the UK Health Security Agency.

Victoria’s achievements were recognised by World Commerce and Contracting in the Inspiring Women list 2023. The Times & Sunday Times in 2019 as the winner of We Are the City Top 100 Women 2019 – Defence. Victoria was also awarded the Marshall of Cambridge Medal by the Duke of Edinburgh for her contribution to the industry.

Victoria is a chartered Aeronautical Engineer by background and holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School. Victoria is a Fellow and Global Advisory Board Member of World Commerce & Contracting, a Non-Executive Council Member of The Air League Trust and a Non- Executive Director and Chair of Audit, Risk & Assurance Committee of the Inspiring Leadership Foundation.
