Tim Cummins
An international, cross-industry career that has moved from corporate management to extensive research, advisory and capability development services to public, private and third sector organisations. Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit.
As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.
Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.
Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.
In 2019 Sally was invited to become Chair of the Board for the Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) and in 2021 she was appointed Professor in Practice in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Durham Business School.

Natalia Ombach
As a member of a senior European leadership team in a global matrix consulting organization, Turner & Townsend, Natalia's portfolio spans leading legal (contract reviewer team), risk and compliance management, as well as diversity & inclusion (D&I) operations in Europe in the additional capacity. Combining these two roles has allowed her to lead numerous cross-functional programs and initiatives, transforming vision into action, bringing structure and accountability and enabling organisational success. With a propensity for building stakeholder buy-in, she inspires and drives transformative change both within and beyond formal authority boundaries. Natalia has obtained law degrees in Poland and Germany, as well as MBA from Open University Business School.
She is passionate about running efficient organisations, based on the principles of justice and fairness, as well as robust corporate governance. She brings business acumen and legal understanding to business functions and diversity & inclusion approach

Ned Coleman
Ned Coleman is the Executive Director of Contract Management, Accenture. In this role, Ned oversees the Contract Management function, a global team of 1,800 that leverages contract expertise, commercial acumen and client relationship skills to improve our clients’ experience of working with Accenture, support profitable growth and manage contract risk, and oversee the contract lifecycle.
Ned sponsors the Global Legal Network, our legal shared services capability that spans 12 countries around the globe providing skills in legal and contract management and in key languages. He is a member of the Global Legal Executive Committee and Global Leadership Committee.
Assuring that legal is an inclusive place for all, and where everyone can bring their whole selves to work, is hugely important to Ned. He sponsored Truly Human for Legal for many years, and currently sponsors New Joiner and Ally Engagement for Pride.
Ned also leads Accenture Commercial Services (ACS), which is a collaboration of Accenture’s financial, commercial and contract-related functions offering key services that enable client teams to manage, sell and deliver. From 2013 to 2017, Ned led Contract Management and Transaction Contracting in Asia Pacific and was based in Singapore. Starting in 2015, his role evolved to lead Contract Management in the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Turkey in addition to Asia Pacific.
From 2010 to 2013, Ned was a Commercial Director supporting our work in Financial Services in the United Kingdom. Ned has a commercial management background and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Dublin.
Ned joined Accenture in 2007 as part of Contract Management. He lives in Dublin, Ireland, with his wife Alison and three young boys. Outside of work, he enjoys road cycling and spending time with his family – often from the side-line of a pitch.

After completing his studies in International Business Management, Oliver started his career at Deutsche Bank as a founding member of a global trading unit for innovative structured products on currencies and commodities. Ten years later, he moved on to become a trusted advisor to senior management, enabling major strategic corporate change at the bank’s Group Management Consulting team.
This track record led him to his current role as the head of supply chain sustainability, making the bank's external spend of >8 billion euros a year measurably more sustainable. Advancing his skills further, he completed a course in Sustainable Finance at the University of Cambridge in 2022.
Oliver lives with his family in Frankfurt, loves hiking and skiing in the Swiss Alps, and is a big supporter of Borussia Dortmund.

Jerome Warren is a researcher currently working at the Royal Academy of Sciences, Arts & Letters of Belgium as SFPI Chairholder, working on a project funded by the Belgian sovereign wealth fund on how to embed sustainable missions at the level of the firm and of firm ecosystems. He has a transdisciplinary background, with a B.A. in New College from the University of Alabama, a B.Sc. in Economics, as well as an M.A. in political economy from the University of Siegen and His PhD (magna cum laude) from the University of Cologne. His research interests are at the intersection of economics, history, politics, sociology and related disciplines (ecology, communications, management and organizational theory, etc.).
