Tim Cummins
An international, cross-industry career that has moved from corporate management to extensive research, advisory and capability development services to public, private and third sector organisations. Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit.
As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.
Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.
Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Arthur Kentros
Arthur Kentros is a senior member of the Kyndryl Legal Department, where he focuses on complex services agreements. He currently serves as lead transaction attorney for North America, managing the groups that negotiate with Kyndryl’s clients. Arthur’s areas of expertise include outsourcing and complex IT contracts, commercial negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and all aspects of the management of a legal department.
Arthur spent the bulk of his career in IBM law department. He held a variety of different management positions, including leading the Contracts & Negotiations function. He personally negotiated some of the company’s largest IT transactions. In addition, he established and managed IBM’s worldwide Legal Resource Centers, which train newly hired attorneys.
Arthur received a B.A. Degree in English with honors from Brown University and a J.D. Degree from Vanderbilt University, where he served on the Law Review. He is a member of the bars of New York and Arizona.

Keld's extensive background in management and his role as a former CEO of a publicly traded technology company, underline his leadership and strategic acumen. An associate professor, Keld teaches at top-ranked universities worldwide, including the Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU, BMI Executive Institute in Lithuania, BMI/Louvain University in Belgium, and Denmark’s Aalborg University. He is the former chairman of the Centre for Negotiation at Copenhagen Business School.
With more than 200 international TV appearances, and hundreds of articles in major business publications across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the U.S., Keld has established himself as a global thought leader. He is a prolific author of 26 books, which have been translated into 16 languages and have reached over 3 million readers worldwide. Several of these works have received awards, marking him as a significant voice in international business literature.
He is the founder and head of The SMARTnership Negotiation Organization, a pivotal force in consulting and training for both the private sector and governmental bodies. His clientele includes industry giants such as Vestas, LEGO, ConocoPhillips, Novo Nordisk, Johnson & Johnson, Bechtel and leading organizations like UNICEF and World50, as well as the governments of Canada, Denmark, and Great Britain.

John Dieffenbach is a Managing Director at EY where he manages a team of 11 Lead Negotiators on the Americas Strategic Deal Team. He has been a deal-maker and lead negotiator for some of the largest technology companies in the world and, for the past 30 years, has built and led teams of professionals to successfully sell, negotiate and close billions of dollars in complex, global services deals with clients such as AT&T, Pfizer, Exxon, Citibank, American Express, JP Morgan Chase, Telstra, Celcom, Accenture and IBM. John has a BA in English from Binghamton University; Masters in Journalism from Northwestern University and Juris Doctorate from Cornell University. He has published his blog, “Running the Room,” to worldwide acclaim for over 10 years. He currently resides in Los Angeles.

Jenifer Lampi
Jenifer’s 25+ years experience in the consulting industry across a variety of industries, deals and in multiple countries gives her a unique insight into common challenges that exist in all business interactions. She has spent her time taking the structure of negotiation preparation and applying it to all her daily conversations and actions – including building new relationships with clients, advising on consulting work, structuring deals and negotiating contract issues. While things don’t always work out as planned, she continues to grow and learn.
In addition to working with her clients, Jenifer has also spent several years creating a negotiation workshop program and coaching others to build their negotiation skills. She has also created a “Women and Negotiation” program at Accenture.
Prior to focusing on negotiation, Jenifer was a Customer Relationship Management specialist. She worked with global clients to design and implement new sales and service processes and technology. She has an economics degree from the University of Michigan. She resides in Michigan with her husband and 3 children.

Michael J. Cammarota
Mike is a managing director in PwC's One Firm Risk Organization.
Prior to assuming his current position with PwC in 2023, Mike held various positions in Atos', Accenture's and IBM’s legal departments. His responsibilities included antitrust analysis, contract drafting and negotiation of all types of customer and supplier contracts, dealing with issues pertaining to employment law, intellectual property, general corporate, mergers and acquisition and tax and supervising outside counsel on litigation and contracting matters.
Mike received a BA from St. John’s University in 1982 and graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 1985, where he was an editor on the Law Review, a St. Thomas More Scholar and was a published member of the Law Review.
Mike has volunteered with various charitable groups, including the Maryknoll Lay Missioners (MKLM; http://www.mklm.org/ ) in El Salvador, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Nepal, and Tanzania, as well as Search for Change (https://searchforchange.org/ ). Mike serves on the Board of Directors of MKLM and Search for ChangeMike is also committed to expanding equality, diversity, and inclusion and works toward that goal internally and with a number of external organizations including the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations (NCWBA), and serves on GOOD Guys (Guys Overcoming Obstacles to Diversity) panels.
