Wafik Guirgis is a Senior Managing Director in the Technology segment and is based in New Jersey. He is the co-leader of FTI Technology’s global law department operations practice.
Wafik Guirgis is a longtime expert in law department management. Mr. Guirgis has spent more than two decades helping corporate clients improve legal operations by developing long term strategic plans, evaluating technology and leading large-scale and complex solution implementations. He works with general counsel and legal operations leaders to best capitalize on the transformative aspects of legal operations technology by helping set the stage for change and effective governance before and after implementation.

Mr. Guirgis has helped his clients optimize and automate business processes, structure effective program governance and plan for and execute on change management approaches to drive technology adoption. His expertise in leveraging and analyzing trends helps clients to make data informed decisions.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Guirgis was a practice group leader at HBR Consulting, where he led legal operations technology and contract lifecycle management services. He partnered with clients to develop technology strategy, solve technical, legal and business process issues. He has also held legal operations and leadership roles at PwC, Deloitte, Huron Consulting and Merrill Lynch.

Rohit Gulati is an expert in contract lifecycle management (“CLM”) and enterprise legal management (“ELM”) transformation initiatives. Mr. Gulati collaborates with clients to assess operations and technology, establish strategic roadmaps, evaluate technology solutions and drive implementation.

Mr. Gulati has demonstrated success in leading transformative technology initiatives that align strategic business objectives and result in high user adoption for clients across multiple industries. He has provided leadership to clients in determining readiness for change, while balancing and optimizing the interplay between people, process, technology and data. He has served as a trusted technology and operations advisor to clients throughout his career, delivering solutions that transform cumbersome processes, improve efficiency and enable effective management of capacity constraints across the legal department. Mr. Gulati has also overseen the implementation of award-winning programs.
Prior to joining FTI Technology, Mr. Gulati spent more than seven years at HBR Consulting, where he led CLM transformation services. He also spent more than nine years in consulting and advisory roles at Huron, focused on technology and operations engagements.

Paul Sheridan is the general counsel for the U.S. business of Integra LifeSciences Corporation, a leading medical technology company serving the surgical, neurologic and regenerative care needs of patients. Mr. Sheridan has extensive experience in M&A, commercial, regulatory, compliance, SEC and governance law matters. He is a trusted legal leader and advisor to executive management and has a proven record of driving strategic growth initiatives. He joined Integra in 2014 as deputy general counsel, corporate law and business development, and was promoted to general counsel of the tissue technologies division in 2017 before being elevated to his current position overseeing all U.S. business in 2019.

Prior to Integra, Mr. Sheridan spent 8 years as a lead M&A attorney for Medco Health Solutions and its successor Express Scripts. He began his legal career in the New York office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, holding positions of increasing responsibility over a 10-year period culminating with the role of counsel. He earned his JD from Fordham University School of Law and a bachelor of science degree in business management from Cornell University.

Michael F. Reilly is Executive Vice-President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of FMC Corporation, a global agricultural sciences company headquartered in Philadelphia. Mr. Reilly is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School. He joined FMC in 2002 as Group Counsel for the Agricultural Solutions business and then held a succession of roles in support of FMC’s agriculture business, including managing M&A, business legal affairs, joint ventures, litigation and compliance; he was appointed FMC’s General Counsel in 2019. Prior to FMC, Mr. Reilly held in-house roles at Zeneca (now AstraZeneca) and Syngenta. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reilly worked as an attorney in private practice, specializing in litigation and environmental law, at Sidley & Austin in New York and Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll in Philadelphia.

Sedesh Doobay is General Counsel and Vice President, International Division at Integra Life Sciences Corporation, he was born in Guyana South Africa and grew in in New Jersey.

As the GC/VP International Division at Integra, Mr. Doobay manages a global team supporting commercial and corporate transactions, disputes, compliance, and regulatory matters in over 100 countries, and handles corporate governance for 50+ global entities. Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Doobay served as GC/VP Supply Chain for Honeywell’s Oil, Gas & Chemicals division, and served as Senior Director of Audit/Compliance.

Mr. Doobay is a graduate of Fordham University where he earned a degree in political science, and Rutgers Law School. His passions include golf and involvement in Chico’s, a family non-profit dedicated to furthering education for underserved children in Guyana, South Africa.
