Jakob is an attorney at Gorrissen Federspiel, one of Denmark's largest law firms, where he heads their Media and Entertainment law department. He specializes in IP law and has a deep interest in technological advancements, particularly the Metaverse and Extended Reality (XR), and their implications on IP rights. Jakob has an active focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), exploring the legal challenges and opportunities that come with this rapidly advancing technology.

I am also a Co-Chairperson of ISO/IEC SC42 WG 3, where I coordinate the development of international AI trustworthiness standards and roadmaps, and a Working Group Convenor of AS IT-43, where I adapt international standards to the Australian context and provide input into the strategic direction of the Australian contribution to the global standards development.

Ilona Logvinova is the global Head of Innovation at McKinsey & Company, working across the legal department to identify, lead and implement cross-cutting and impactful innovation initiatives. At McKinsey Ilona is also a senior technology lawyer and team lead within McKinsey Digital, working closely with applications of emerging and cutting-edge technologies across use cases and industries. Prior to joining McKinsey, Ilona was Senior Counsel at Mastercard, where she worked on ground-up technology builds and tech transactions to leverage the company’s core assets and explore broader partnership opportunities. Prior to Mastercard, Ilona was an Associate at Fried Frank, where she specialized in leveraged finance representing borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured financings. Ilona has a BA from Columbia University with a joint major in Economics and Philosophy and her JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. David Auld
David Auld is the Head of Engineering for Microsoft’s AI Acceleration Studio where he helps Microsoft’s enterprise customers adopt the latest AI technologies like Open AI’s GPT-4 language model. Prior to this role, he worked in Microsoft’s Office of the CTO on machine learning frameworks. He was on the founding incubation team for the suite of AI offerings that would eventually become Azure Cognitive Services and subsequently ran the engineering teams building Microsoft’s Computer Vision API and Custom Vision services. Over 10 years at the company, he has held numerous roles in strategy, data science, and product development. Beyond Microsoft, David has also worked at Amazon and multiple startups in the areas of big data, mobile payments, and financial services. He lives in the Seattle area with his wife and two children.
