Tim Cummins
An international, cross-industry career that has moved from corporate management to extensive research, advisory and capability development services to public, private and third sector organisations. Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit.
As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.
Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.
Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Sally Guyer
As Global CEO of one of the world’s fastest growing non-profits, Sally’s mission is to inspire and support the World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC) team and global community to collectively drive recognition and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management.
She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.
In 2019 Sally was invited to become Chair of the Board for the Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) and in 2021 she was appointed Professor in Practice in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Durham Business School.

Pablo Cilotta
Nacido en Mar del Plata, Argentina, Pablo cuenta con una trayectoria legal en posiciones en Sudamérica y España.
Es abogado, Master en Derecho Empresario, especializado en la gestión de contratos comerciales en varias jurisdicciones, habiéndose trasladado de Argentina a Madrid en el inicio de los años 2000, donde dirigió aspectos legales y contractuales a nivel EMEA para una empresa de software con matriz en Nueva York, finalmente adquirida por Microsoft Corp.
De regreso en Buenos Aires, Pablo ha continuado involucrado en temas de gestión contractual y particularmente se ha integrado académicamente a la WorldCC (World Commerce & Contracting), antes llamada IACCM, donde luego de obtener su certificación académica, constituyó y desarrolló la comunidad hispanoparlante. Hoy es “Director Southern Europe, LatAm y Africa” de dicha asociación, para liderar la expansión de la asociación en la región.

Beatriz Antona Rodriguez
Beatriz Antona Rodriguez is a distinguished leader with numerous years of experience in international roles within major Information Technology and Consulting groups, but who keeps working with the enthusiasm of a new joiner, excited for the opportunities that the future brings her way.
With a Law and Economics Degree, and different Masters from prestigious institutions like Instituto de Empresa, ESADE and Insead, she started her career as a legal counsel. She enjoyed it, but she felt that she wanted to get closer to business operations, and continued an intense journey fueled by her curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore new areas. That path brought her into jobs in major international Groups like Accenture and Atos, across different fields such as contract and commercial management, legal operations and transformation, international project and risk management, M&A, and business strategic consulting. Throughout her leadership roles, she has consistently demonstrated a remarkable track record deploying organizational units, engaging people to join strategies that can bring innovation and improvements into the operations.
Beatriz has a flexible and open-minded personality, which is reflected in her leadership style. She is results-oriented, and she is passionate about diversity and emotional intelligence in the workplace. She does not believe on top-down hierarchical organizations, she understands that leadership is not about instructing with command-and-control techniques. On her words “A successful inspirational Leader is someone who listens, someone who serves his/her team holding their hand in good and bad times, and someone who empowers individuals to give the best of themselves!”.
Finally, Beatriz has been a relentless advocate for equality and the advancement of women in both personal and professional spheres. She has actively participated in in-house coaching programs for junior women; she is a proud member of Esade Promociona, an initiative promoting women for leadership positions; and she has been involved in Technnovation mentoring and empowering girls in technology projects.
