She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.

After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Kami Paulsen has been in the CLM and legal technology space for over two decades. Her contribution to the CLM space traverses through various roles like educating organisations about CLM on how to get ready for it and ensuring adoption while also strategizing on expansion. In the two decades of her professional experience, 15 years have been dedicated to implementing CLM for Fortune 50-100 customers in the Enterprise. She has worked with customers like Nike, Apple, Starbucks, PepsiCo Global, and Fidelity at IBM for much of that time. While in that role, she also helped build the Customer Success organisation for CLM. After moving from IBM, she spent two years in Customer Advocacy for Icertis, a SaaS company delivering contract management software to enterprise businesses. She also enjoys deep relationships with many CLM vendors and has utilised these connections to provide best-in-class advice to organisations. In her personal life, she loves challenges and facilitating change. She is a strong advocate for women in technology. She also serves on the board of Empowerment, which provides opportunities to at-risk youth and helps victims of sex-trafficking recover and support themselves. Her leadership and impact-making ability also allowed her to create a product -‘The Bako Box’, a gift box sourced with items from small businesses in her community, mainly stay-at-home moms. Kami’s also worked in Customer Success at Okta and assumed overall customer adoption responsibility. In this exceptionally technical role, she worked with CISO and CTOs of vertical industry leaders like UCLA, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, and Hulu. She continues to build and run professional services teams in the CLM space while also writing her book, “The CLM Rx,” which will contain valuable information to guide organisations on every step of the CLM journey, set to launch in January 2023.

Electra Japonas is the founder and CEO of TLB, a legal design and operations company that is bringing law into the 21st century. In March 2021 she also co-founded oneNDA, an initiative that joined the legal community together to create an open-source, standardised NDA. Before founding TLB, Electra spent over ten years in various large organisations in commercial legal and data protection roles, including the European Space Agency, Disney, BAT and EY. It was from these experiences that she realised there was a gap in the market for a legal company that took a more holistic approach to legal support, beyond just the law. TLB aims to bring innovation, design-thinking, and strategy to the legal sphere, and truly going to make a difference in the way people experience, expect, and deliver legal support.

Annie Abelman is the Founder and CEO of Mentor Mums: a free service which matches parents returning to work with a working parent mentor in the same industry. Annie founded Mentor Mums in 2020 a few years after having returned to work herself and noticing the gap in the provision of support for parents navigating the difficult transition back to work after parental leave. Since then her programme has helped people with issues ranging from mental ill-health, confidence crises or feeling deskilled, to being overlooked for promotion or facing workplace discrimination.

Mentor Mums also provides consultancy support for workplaces looking to make their organisational culture more parent-friendly. Services range from training leadership teams to better manage returners’ journeys, to creating structured KIT days and returner training days to onboard parents back into the workplace confidently.
