Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit.

As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.

Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Craig is the lead partner for Legal Operate and has been working in contracting, contract management and tech enablement for over 20 years. Craig’s team focuses on legal managed services, providing solutions that are focused on delivering better business outcomes, lowering the cost of contracting and increasing speed and efficiency, while recognising that contracts are at the heart of an organisation.

Craig has unique expertise in creating contracting Centers of Excellence hubs and deploying contract enablement technologies, having assisted with the selection, implementation and management of dozens of platforms for many clients globally.

Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Craig was first a practicing lawyer in New York with a focus on outsourcing and IT transactional law. He has previously held roles as head lawyer for Capgemini’s BPO practice, building global capabilities for legal, commercial and customer support; and Elevate where he built the organisation’s contract consulting capabilities. Craig is on the Board of Directors for World Commerce & Contracting and regularly speaks on industry innovations in contract and commercial management.

She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.

In 2019 Sally was invited to become Chair of the Board for the Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) and in 2021 she was appointed Professor in Practice in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Durham Business School.

Mark is a principal in Deloitte Tax LLP, and the Co-Leader of the firm's Legal Business Services practice. Legal Business Services leverages Deloitte’s global multi-disciplinary approach to provide innovative solutions to legal departments. From across a single global platform, Deloitte is bringing to bear for the legal department, the transformative approach that has shaped other business functions and industries. Mark is helping drive Deloitte’s full suite of transformation offerings in Legal Managed Services and Legal Management Consulting.

With more than 15 years of in-depth, practical experience, Mark is a recognized specialist in Legal Services innovation. Prior to joining Deloitte in January 2020, Mark was Head of Contracts, Compliance, and Commercial Services for a leading global alternative legal services provider (ALSP). There he led a team of 350 lawyers, paralegals, contract management professionals, legal technologists, and process experts, providing technology enabled legal managed services, and legal management consulting to multi-national organizations.

Mark also has considerable experience relating to the Ethics of Legal Outsourcing and has numerous articles and papers published dealing with the subject. He developed the first US State Bar MCLE Ethics and UK CPD courses on the ethical implications of outsourcing legal work. His experience in alternative legal services includes addressing the American Bar Association, Law Societies of England and Wales, and South Africa, the Legal Services Board of Victoria, Australia, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and the International Bar Association on the topic.

He has been interviewed by numerous publications, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and TIME magazine. He has also been invited to speak as a leading authority on the future of law by organizations including: Financial Times, UC Berkeley School of Law, Northwestern University, Stanford Center for the Legal Profession, and the International Legal Ethics Association.

Mark sits on the Advisory Boards of Suffolk Law School’s Institute on Law Practice Technology and Innovation and Northwestern University Law School's Center for Practice Engagement and Innovation. In February 2016 he was elected as a Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management.
