I lead the deployment of new and exciting technology, principles and standards to elevate the role that Commercial and Contract Management (CCM) practitioners play from largely operational to increasingly strategic.

As a seasoned practitioner of the CCM discipline, I have over 34 years of experience in the complex, IT Services sector, running organisations that provided both buy-and sell-side capabilities. I supported major mergers and acquisition activities and am recognized as an ‘Expert’ in post-award contract management. I bring proven business acumen, innovative thinking and collaborative team working to benefit our association and its members.

Technology is changing the role of the Commercial and Contract Management professional which will result in 60% of what we do today being replaced by machines in the next 5 years. Is that a bad thing? I don’t think so. I’ve got practical experience of how to drive systemic change in people, systems and processes to deliver real business value. That’s what excites me every day!

Russ is the Founder and CEO of Contracts 365, Inc., the leading Contract Management software company for businesses that run Microsoft 365. Russ serves as active industry analyst helping to define key industry trends by contributing to media outlets including HBR, InformationWeek, CIO Magazine and WorldCC.

Russ co-authored his first book titled “Nice Guys Can Get The Corner Office”, published by the Penguin Group. The book has a rich set of data points from hundreds of surveys and includes relevant commentary from CEOs of major companies who were interviewed for the book. CEOs from Southwest Airlines, PwC, The Outback and many others weighed in on the subject. It has received international praise and he has been featured on TV, radio, magazine and podcast interviews. Russ blogs on CNBC and Huffington-Post as he reports on relevant management trends.

She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.

In 2019 Sally was invited to become Chair of the Board for the Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) and in 2021 she was appointed Professor in Practice in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Durham Business School.

Kingsley has been at the forefront of technology innovation in the legal practice. He has 30 years of experience in the practice of law, software design and development, strategy and management. In 2012, Kingsley was recognized by the ABA as a Legal Rebel. In 2013, he was honored as one of the Fastcase 50; an Innovator by Law Technology News; and a national Law Journal Trailblazer and Pioneer.

Kingsley developed some of the first document assembly systems. He taught himself the C computer language and automated his tax practice. Later, Kingsley was one of the leading innovators in developing the theory and practice of knowledge management. He wrote the Knowledge Management Workbook.

Next, Kingsley pioneered the new discipline called contract analysis. He is a founder of KMStandards and has developed software capable of automatically analyzing legal agreements and creating contract standards. Using this software, Kingsley has developed the free web resource ContractStandards.com providing model contracts, checklists, and clauses, together with other contract resources. Kingsley is also a founder of Akorda.com a startup applying AI to contract review.

Kingsley holds law degrees from Oxford University (First Class Honours) and Harvard Law School.
