Scott Quinn is the Vice President – Customer Success Growth, at SirionLabs. He has 17+ years of rich industry experience in achieving customer success as a consultant and strategic account director. He is an experienced sourcing and vendor management professional who has focused his career on helping companies build and operate best-in-class pre and post signature contract management processes and enabling technologies. At SirionLabs, he is focused on improving customer adoption and satisfaction by facilitating the successful deployment and ongoing utilization of Sirion.

Lynn Simpson is Manager of Legal Operations for Chemours Company. She has over 20 years of experience in legal process management and design, project management, organizational design, and strategic planning. Lynn received her Project Management Professional certification through PMI. She is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She is committed to operational effectiveness across all legal practice areas in a way that increases value to the key corporate stakeholders and businesses.

Julian Davis leads the operations team at World Commerce & Contracting in delivering the best service possible to members, encompassing learning management, marketing, member services, content and all elements of technology essential in delivering WorldCC’s services. Having spent 12 years gaining a grounding in all aspects of IT, he studied for a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Durham University Business School. He has since held several IT Director roles and has more recently been providing interim leadership to organisations across a wide variety of industries. The increasingly outsourced nature of IT has required Julian to undertake numerous supplier selection processes, negotiate contracts, deliver transitions and ultimately performance manage suppliers to ensure benefit realisation. He is now applying this wealth of knowledge and experience to define and deliver the operations strategy for WorldCC.
