Our client is a major power & energy projects business with a global operation. They handle a vast portfolio of power, automation and clean energy projects for their international customers.

They are now seeking to appoint an experienced commercial CM to their Europe and Nordics team. This role will take a lead role on contractual affairs in the UK and extend to projects in Europe.

Applicants must have a hands-on approach, extensive full-cycle CM experience within an MNC environment. They must also possess a demonstrable ability to build effective business relationships and trouble-shoot challenging projects.

 

Essential:

  • Construction projects background
  • Claims, variation and cost control experience
  • LLB or QS background
  • 4+ years applied CM experience
  • Fluent English
  • Based on the ground with prior experience of UK and international operations

Desirable:

  • Energy, power & automation projects experience.
