In this role, you will be responsible for all Contract Management activities in North America for all sales and service channels. Additionally, you will report to the Commercial Contracts Leader, Health Systems North America.
You are responsible for
Proactively support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis of contracts on business performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders to make fact- based sound business decisions.
Recommends new policies and procedures in Contract Management domain that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
Apply company policies, procedures to resolve various issues.
Initiates the required internal actions, monitor progress and push for deliverables.
Develops professional expertise of subordinates,
Directs and controls the activities of the Contract Management function; has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense, priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to the methods.
Strong influence on business magnitude ($3B)
Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates’ assignments to subordinates.
Reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Act as trusted adviser to customers as well as internal stakeholders regarding deployment of contract strategies, merger and acquisitions, and contract obligations.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise to identify root cause and countermeasures and build solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of contract management.
Understand contracts obligations and collaborate with business to ensure contract obligations are operationalized.
Develop and track key performance indicators; evaluate performance based on quality and velocity.
Responsible for ICS/SOX compliance and audits.
Cooperate with sales support, order management, project manager and other functional groups to ensure efficiency and consistency in contract fulfillment and execution. Evaluate and Monitor Contract Execution.
Drive continuous improvements applying LEAN.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
5+ Years of experience leading a team within the contract management space.
Bachelor’s degree require; advanced degree preferred
Paralegal, Certified Contract Management (CCM) [or other contract management certification], or J.D. desired.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to prioritize assignments.
Ability to communicate clearly with employees at various levels within the organization, as well as customers.
Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that is deadline driven; be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and manage the day-to-day transactional work with projects, set priorities, and ensure completion of tasks.
Proficient in MS Office; with the ability to learn and adapt to other programs such as Saleforce.com (SFDC), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and Lean methodology.
Project management; as well as, solid analytical and negotiation skills, required.
Strong interpersonal skills, an energetic, proactive, flexible individual who can work independently and as a team player.
Strong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem-solving
High level of executive decision making and organizational skills
Contract and Financial Acumen;
Functional knowledge of industry; Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN)
Knowledge and ability to apply Project management techniques
Microsoft Office 365 (TEAMS, Work, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
Certified LEAN – Daily Management, Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, etc.
